A Lima woman decided to take a plea- instead of going to trial- on a felonious assault charge.
29 year-old Carri Breckenridge pleaded guilty to the charge- and had a weapon under disability charge dropped- as part of the plea deal.
Breckenridge shot 28 year-old Adam Hicks in the upper chest- as part of a domestic dispute that took place on Prospect Avenue back in February.
Judge Jeffrey Reed ordered a pre-sentence investigation- and set the sentencing date for July 15th at .
