Mercer County, OH (WIMA) -- A semi driver was killed in a crash near the intersection of State Route 29 and State Route 118 in Mercer County on Tuesday morning.
The Sheriffs Office said 27-year-old Lisa Rinderle of Saint Henry was stopped at a stop sign but failed to yield the right of way.
Her car collided with a westbound semi, driven by 57-year-old Charles Ward of Saint Marys.
The semi overturned and slid down the roadway, where it was struck again by a third vehicle.
Ward was taken to a nearby hospital and was pronounced dead from his injuries.
Rinderle was also hospitalized.
