Lima, OH (WIMA) - The second of 2 murder trials happening at the same time in Allen County this week came to an end on Thursday, with a not guilty verdict on one of two counts.
A jury found that Jayleon'tre Harris was not guilty in the murder of Eric Staup.
Harris was, however, found guilty on count two, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, from an incident at Staup's home in May of 2016.
The jury said the state did not prove without a reasonable doubt that Harris purposely murdered Staup.
